Its lovely making things for a Christmas table design. Table names are great to finish it off, so guests know where they're sitting.
Natural place name:
Write or type all of the names onto separate piece of card and make a small hole in the corner.
Go outside and find some evergreen foliage. Things like loral leaves and conifers are good. Also adding a bit of rosemary or oregano make the table smell lovely.
Take small sprigs of each and tie will some brown twine and then tie your mini bouquet to the piece of paper.
Crochet Place name:
Another table name idea is to again write out the names on to a piece of card with a small hole. Crochet a heart or star (see how to make a crochet hear and star in the tutorials section) and tie it to the heart.
Gold Holly:
Spray a piece of berried holly with gold spray paint and use it to stand up a piece of decorated card with the name on it.
